Electrical For Equipment

The electrical is easy to overlook. We never do.

Electrical, conduit, and install quality are often overlooked as part of equipment integrity and value — it's easy to see the equipment, but do you look at the electrical? We build systems that last, are easy to work on, and are easy for your own maintenance team to understand.

Here's what that looks like on every job:

01

Rigid Threaded Conduit

We run rigid threaded conduit on equipment for a raceway that takes real abuse — EMT is fine for building lighting, receptacles, and overhead pipe racks, but it won't hold up where equipment sees vibration.

02

Weld-On Poly Clamps

Borrowed from the hydraulic industry, weld-on poly clamps keep conduit secure through equipment vibration — conventional clamps work fine for building runs, but not here.

03

Multiple Conduits Per Circuit

We run multiple conduits instead of overfilling one large conduit — it avoids the heat and shortages overfill causes, keeps junction boxes free of a "rats nest," makes it easy to trace a circuit, and easy to add circuits later.

04

Smart Conduit Routing

Routes are kept off the floor so brooms can sweep under them, and any run that could see damage is protected by added structural steel.
